If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like customized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
